Independent Shorts Awards is pleased to announce the award winners of June 2023. These projects were shortlisted from a pool of submissions from 23 countries with total runtime of 41:13:52, plus the short scripts.

2024 Annual Awards
All of the award-winning projects are now in the pool from which it will be chosen the nominees for the 2024 Annual Awards.
This is the 2nd monthly qualifying season of the current annual cycle.
The shortlist for the annual awards is based on the group of award winners of the 12 monthly qualifying seasons from the annual cycle May 2023-April 2024.
All nominated projects will be screened in the 2024 Annual Awards event at Regal LA Live, Downtown Los Angeles, in August/September of 2024. The nominations will be announced in June/July 2024.
All year round special live screenings and Q&As
Out of competition, some of the award-winning films will be invited to join the all year round special in-person screenings and Q&As, also held in Los Angeles, with cast and crews.
