Nothing’s Wrong follows Javier, an elderly man living with a serious illness, who spends his days listening to what happens through the thin walls of his apartment building. Upstairs, Marta endures a violent relationship ruled by fear and silence, while her young son repeats a phrase that denies the reality surrounding him: “Nothing’s wrong.”
Javier tries to help at first with words and warnings, later with increasingly desperate actions. No one reports anything. No one intervenes. Violence is normalized under the belief that family problems should remain private.
When the danger reaches the child, Javier crosses a line from which there is no return. A life is saved, but the cost is unsettling.
A psychological thriller about moral responsibility, social complicity, and the comfort of silence in the face of everyday violence.
