Brackish

Brackish

Through intimate conversations with mothers across cultures and generations, Brackish investigates pregnancy as a lived experience shaped by memory, sacrifice, fear, choice, and care. Moving between personal inquiry, embodied testimony, and unfamiliar landscapes, the film asks what motherhood asks of the body—and what women come to understand about themselves, their histories, and love through becoming mothers.
