In Sevillano, a small village in Colombia’s Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta, Alba struggles to provide for her family amid scarcity. Whenever she must leave to collect water for their home, she leaves her grandchildren, Elías and Dolores, in the care of their uncle Evelio. But with each absence, certain gestures, silences, and behaviors begin to repeat themselves. Slowly, an ordinary routine takes on an unsettling weight, as something remains hidden behind the curtain.
