In the fall of 1985, a ragtag group of teenagers discovers an abandoned Cold War communications center hidden in the abandoned Silver Ridge Tunnel. When they accidentally activate a dormant emergency transmission, they must overcome their differences and race against time to shut it down before it triggers a global catastrophe.
