An architect wanders the illuminated streets of Tokyo at night and, along the way, encounters a mysterious woman. Together, they move through the city’s glowing landscapes, drawn to its striking architectural landmarks and quiet moments in between. The story unfolds as a visual backdrop to Mukaju Dan’s “Tokio Monochrome”.
