Year 1971. A holiday park in Zeeland.
Fourteen-year-old Sarah goes on a one-week vacation with her parents to Ouddorp.
It is a trip she is not looking forward to at all, since none of her friends are staying at the same park.
Her parents inherited a small holiday house after her grandfather passed away, and there is little to do for a teenage girl her age… Until she meets a mysterious boy on her very first evening.
A boy named Adam. Wrapped in a blanket, he stands alone on a hill every night, staring up at the stars.
