A contagion spreads around the World to those who have watched the short film, Free Speech.
Interpretation: The creators of the film recorded people speaking in their native languages, then the English-sounding words were extracted and arranged to form quirky, nonsensical phrases, making the actors Appear to be speaking fragmented English. They are all speaking Solely in their native languages. And when they do speak Spanish, Italian, German or whatever it may be, there is No English whatsoever, just English subtitles.
