What is real freedom? Does freedom simply mean “having no fences”?
This is a self-directed documentary by a high school student. Through my lens, I want to reveal the hidden suffering behind the illusion of freedom, and expose the problematic situation of macaques on Qianling Mountain. As a wildlife lover and an enthusiast in animal ethics, I strive to raise animal protection awareness and advocate for animal welfare.
