Cowgirl

Cowgirl

Too often relegated to the background of an imaginary world historically shaped and dominated by men, the Rodeo Cowgirl here deserves full recognition.
Being a Cowgirl is not about “being like a man,” but about being a whole woman in a harsh and demanding environment.

This film does not seek to portray the Rodeo Cowgirl as an exception, but as a central figure, fully legitimate within this culture.
She is an athlete, a competitor, a professional.

Directed by Ludovic Blecon (Canada)
