“Object Horror”
Routine follows an everyday, unremarkable young woman whose life is defined by repetition. One day, she comes home to find a subtle change in her house—something that feels undeniably wrong. When she tries to explain it to others, she’s met with calm dismissal: it’s always been that way.
As days pass, more details shift. Objects move. Spaces feel unfamiliar. Reality begins to contradict her memory. Trapped inside a home that no longer obeys logic—and surrounded by people who refuse to acknowledge the changes—she spirals into paranoia and isolation. What begins as a small disruption to her routine slowly unravels her sense of identity, forcing her to question whether her home is changing… or if she is.
