After a life-threatening medical emergency, a poet reconstructs survival through a visceral 12-minute film-noir triptych. Three original poems—transformed into AI-generated songs and imagery under the filmmaker’s iterative direction—confront mortality, control, and surrender.
In 2022, a medical emergency made mortality immediate.
In 2025, poetry emerged.
TRIPTYCH: AORTA – MORTALITY – TRUST – HUMILITY is a 12-minute film-noir triptych built from three original poems, each transformed into song and staged within stark, shadow-driven digital space.
The filmmaker wrote the lyrics and directed the AI-generated music and visuals through iterative authorship. Artificial intelligence functions here as instrument, not origin.
This is not documentation of crisis, but its internal reconstruction. Pulse becomes rhythm. Breath becomes structure. Mortality becomes form.
A Director’s Cut bonus includes archival material from the 2022 event.
DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
A medical emergency in 2022 fractured my sense of permanence. What remained was sensation—pulse, pressure, silence.
Three years later, poetry began. The triptych structure mirrors survival in stages: rupture, confrontation, surrender.
I wrote the lyrics and iteratively directed the AI-generated sound and image. The noir aesthetic intensifies exposure—shadow as revelation.
This film transforms vulnerability into authorship.
