A high functioning man moves through a normal day of work, exercise, and casual conversations, presenting himself as calm and capable at every turn. Through a witty internal voice over, we hear the constant negotiations he uses to stay productive, positive, and composed. When news arrives that someone close to him has died by suicide, his carefully managed inner logic begins to falter. By the next morning, he returns to the same routine, offering the same familiar reassurance. The film explores how easily distress can hide behind competence, humor, and the words “all good.”
