Rob is a lonely man and dissatisfied with his life and past decisions. One day “What If…” comes into his life, a VR machine capable of immersing him in a realistic simulation based on his past memories, where he will be able to make better decisions and live things he wished would happen. Although Rob thinks it is the solution to escape from his reality and live his desired life. The reality is that “What If…” will act as his worst enemy, making him go deeper and deeper into the past, into situations that never happened, blinding him from the present and making his field of action more and more limited. Rob will have to learn that, in order to get out of his situation, he will have to leave the past behind, live in the present and save what little he still has left.
