Stones From Other Mountains

Stones From Other Mountains

An old Chinese poem says, ‘Polish your jade with stones from other mountains.’
It means if you cannot solve the problems, you can ask help from others who experience a different life from yours.
The globalisation of the economy and culture has brought enormous changes to China. Meanwhile the rapid development of urbanisation has allowed individuals from different classes and cultural backgrounds to go beyond their original social circles and interact with each other.
Stones from other mountains create miraculous encounters.
But who knows if the other stone is also going through its own plight, teetering to fallen?
