“Prelude à la Lune” is an experimental dreamlike film without a traditional narrative. Its construction is a succession of sequences representing various states embodied by nature through which the dancer evolves, until the final tableau of the ballerina’s encounter with the Moon.
Why this movie?
It’s my way of responding to what we are going through.
Sweetness, beauty, simply, a film which in the space of 4 min 30 sec will take you elsewhere.
A slow rhythm, like a balm on our wounds.
I made this little film to remind us that art is powerful, it can change a lot of things, relieve a lot of ills.
