In Diyarbakir, which was the “Emergency State Region” in the 1990s, some newspapers were not allowed into the region although they were legal. Çerx witnesses the conditions under which these newspapers, which are secretly distributed to the readers by children like Bawer and Hebun, who are in the distributor group, and what the distributors encounter.
