World premiere of award-winning German drama “Sea at Night” at Independent Shorts Awards TV channel

The mandatory 26-minute drama short “Sea at Night” is streaming at Independent Shorts Awards TV between February 5th and February 9th. A virtual world premiere to watch one of the most remarkable works submitted to Independent Shorts Awards in the last 4 years.

“Meer bei Nacht” (Sea at Night) was originally screened at the Raleigh Studios Hollywood, California, in August 2019, during the Independent Shorts Awards Annual Gala.

Nominated for Best Short of the Year, Best Director (Female), and Best Original Score (Jonas Gobel). Kim Fabienne Hertinger ended up to be awarded Best Director (Female) of 2019.

“Sea at Night” tells the story about a man, whose disease took away his self-determination, reputation and social support. His tendency to get lost in memories of his past, leads him to a momentous decision.
