Travel the world with Elle, an afro-Latiné, gender-queer, vegan flight attendant, and follow them as we do “vegan things”. Showing you the vegan way to go about; fashion, cosmetic procedures, food hunting, and so many more aspects to the vegan lifestyle which most wouldn’t think of.
In 2021 episodes (pending Amazon Prime approval) Elle shows viewers how local vegans incorporate veganism into their daily lives and cultures with focus on the contrast to their local traditions such as bullfighting in Madrid, salami farms in the Dominican Republic, and alligator farms in Miami.
Featured locals will be showing us where they like to shop. From niche vegan fashion boutiques to vegan cosmetics, high end to low end, even accidentally vegan-friendly brands like Nike, each city gives us a world of vegan options.
Now this wouldn’t be a vegan show without the FOOD!! Follow along as locals show us where they buy groceries and like to eat out. Catch interviews with owners and head chefs about their vegan dishes and how they incorporate local flavors.
Finally, each episode will also include how local vegan activists like to make a difference. The are so many ways to take action, whether it’s volunteering at shelters, climate and human rights actions, rescuing animals, or protesting outside of venues. These vegan activists will join Elle for delicious vegan meals as ideas for the future of veganism and our planet are discussed.
