An astronaut awakes to complete chaos aboard the United space station Ursula. The “Artifact” which was discovered on the surface of MARS has turned the crew into mutated creatures. It is up to engineer David Sloan to save fellow crew mate Shannon Briggs and escape alive before time runs out. A Possessed Crew member stands in their way and threatens humanity on earth below.
