In 1989 photographer, Stephen Hamilton, was taking classes from artist Nick Cave at SAIC. The two met regularly and Steve would film Nick’s early work on Soundsuits and Anti-fur coats. The resulting footage sat in a drawer for 25 years and the resulting footage is an unrehearsed, un-scripted, one-take short edited entirely in the Sony VHS camera in which it was filmed.
