In August 2006, a UK film crew went scouting for a documentary series about an alleged pedophile ring operating in both US state and federal government. Surviving interview footage leaked online in 2013. Viewer discretion is advised.
“Unaired Abduction Interview” is a found footage piece, but unlike the majority of overly-slick entries in the genre, it has been carefully crafted to appear as the real thing—a video that feels like something the viewer is not meant to be seeing. It is a horror film about a woman who has not been taken seriously her whole life, and the frightening consequences that result.
