Edward Kiss is a veteran who’s had enough of politicians especially one in particular – outgoing and corrupt Mayor Rudy Ratliff. Pretending to be an Uber driver Ed kidnaps Rudy and takes him on a wild ride throughout the night. Rudy comes face to face with his abductor in a series of satirical and maniacal exchanges which ends up being a learning lesson for both of them in the end.
