This documentary film is based on the original true story about Vietnamese female visual artist Nguyen Thu Thuy and her Public Artworks. She is a founder and lead designer of Hanoi Ceramic Mosaic Mural project, which won the Guinness World Records certificate for the largest ceramic mosaic in the world. Thu Thuy gave birth to the ideas and developed several public art projects in Hanoi and other cities of Vietnam. In June 2017, Thu Thuy won the Bronze at the 10th International Design Awards (IDA) for the mural of Vietnam trees and flowers at Da Nang International airport and in April 2018 Thu Thuy won the Silver A’Design Award for her brand new Hanoi Ceramic Mosaic Mirror House in Hanoi downtown. Thu Thuy, who has a clear understanding of the role of art in the community, continues to pioneer in creating public pieces that resonate with local people as well as international guests. Being able to develop a deep appreciation for public art is rare in Vietnam, but Thu Thuy is breaking those barriers. The documentary film captured the working process and beauty of Public Artworks by Thu Thuy for a long time from 2006 up to now.
