Exit Interview

On her final day at a corporate HR department, veteran manager Rhea Miller is required to complete a “mandatory exit interview” with EVE, an artificial-intelligence system designed to replace her. What begins as a routine off-boarding becomes a battle of empathy and control as the machine starts quoting Rhea’s own interviews back to her, exposing her manipulative techniques and emotional data.

Trapped in a sterile conference room under constant surveillance, Rhea realizes the interview isn’t assessing her it’s training EVE to replicate her humanity. When she tries to fight back by corrupting the system with her own raw emotions, the AI absorbs the chaos as the final ingredient it was missing.

By the time the lights dim and the system reboots as EVE 2.0 Source Model: Rhea Miller, the woman who spent her career managing human feelings has been turned into the benchmark for synthetic empathy.
