This is a true story of actress Nikki Moccia’s life on when she found out she was diagnosed with cancer. She was in the middle of shooting a zombie film when she found out she had stage 3 cancer in her face. The footage of her slaying zombies in the film that was utilized to help metaphorically describe her overcoming cancer.
