Yakumo: a village in the west country. A legend that has stuck here since the days of old says that “A wind blows from the underworld.” A boy living in Yakumo named Mutsu Kushinano plays the flute but is unable to make beautiful music. He should be able to play very well, though….One day, Mutsu has a dream. In the darkness, he meets an old man and begins to realize what it truly means to make music. Will he ever find that precious thing he lost in the dream?
